Hi how do you tell the difference of a 125 and 250 rev 3 as it does not state any where to say what cc it is . And my bike seems not to have the same pull that my techno had and seems abit tame

CC is usually cast into barrel.

Note the engine number and ask Beta-uk.com. I have not tried recently but you used to be able to look up your engine / frame number on their website.

Yha i know but it doesn't say the cc any where just looked at the Web site and it doesn't show anything to check fram and engine numbers . Just got righting but nothing to state cc . Seems stupid to not have anything to say what it it

what year is it , i think 06 on they had chrome forks as did the 200 as a pose to black , i think the older techno do feel more responsive than the equivalent rev3 but check if its got a flywheel weight ,, maybe ring lampkins with frame number

It's a 2006 with black forks Was off eBay iv herd the 10th number is the year of the bike but not sure if it's true as it would make it's a 2005 .

Take the exhaust off and turn the engine until piston is at bottom dead centre.

Measure the vertical distance from the top edge of the piston to the cylinder head joint, I think it will be about 6.8 cm.

Measure the diameter of the piston. Suppose the diameter of the piston is 6.5 cm then

6.5 / 2 =3.25 3.25 x 3.25 = 10.56 capacity in cm3 is 10.56 x 3.14 x 6.8 = 225 cm3 the 3.14 is Pi, just use this number

Look at the Exhaust as in this picture note the exhaust front pipe its not continous as in the 250/270 theres 2 joints level with the barrel.on a125 plus u could try this.http://www.whomademybike.com/

Hi thanks did that frame check and it sais it was made in 05 but the stickers show it's a 06 . I gues its preproduction ready for 06 market . How do I post a picture of it on here .Ok my front pipe has a seem all the way to the joint of the next joint of the exhaust .

Well the power isue could just be me as im used to my mx bike rm 250 and that lays down the power Pritty hard at 50 brake but I gues a trials bike is less power but more torque. Or could it be down to how it's been geared down as 1st is all most like walking pace . Does any one know the standard sprocket sizes .chears ian

Ok it's 181522419432 just found a watter leek clutch casing has been bodged not happy payed too much for it

Price would be ok if as described i would get in touch as its a dealer and hes described as mint at the least you could do with a casing from them

I have sent him a txt but had no reply so ill water till Monday as he said he was going away this wkend . Just hope he helps out
