Beta Rev 4 - Coolant And Oil Leak

I've been offered a reasonably priced Beta rev 4, it has a small oil leak and is a small coolant leak. The coolant is not mixing with the oil.

Anybody any ideas? If there simple fixes I'm happy to take it on, but don't want to get spending a fortune on it if it turns out to be a dog. Are these known issues with the Rev 4?

    I have been in the same situation some years ago with a Beta 2T. In the end I had to change both crank cases, it took ages to get this repaired and I could not use the bike for almost 1 year.

    I would recommend to run away from such offer !
