Run 36V Bike On 24V?

Hi, im just wondering if its just as easy as using 2 x12v batteries and run the bike or is there any kind of low voltage protection circuit preventing this?

If so, what do i need to do to fix this?

try 24v .. if it dont work then you need to get a 36v controller. there is no easy fix
