My sons bike has just started flooding very easily.

 

I think it is running too rich and could do with a manual on adjusting the air / fuel screw or possibly the float in the carb if that is the issue.

 

Any assistance on where to buy a manual or diagnosis would be most welcome.

 

Is it just me or are modern bikes a lot more pedantic. I can not recall similar problems with my Bultaco 250 I bought in the 80's

id start by giving the carb a very thorough clean as for the mixture adjustment 

if the screw is closer to the air box in is richer out is weaker 

if the screw is closer to the barrel in is weaker out is richer
