Yes trial and enduro direct or splatshop can both supply a venhill brake line which is better quality than the standard hose. A similar hose is fitted to more recent bikes

     With the clip in that position you are as rich as the jetting allows. I would try a larger main and drop the needle back down. Some bikes just require more fuel than others.
