November 8, 200520 yr Now you've got my attention If you've done that with some 'photoshop' software I am very impressed-- if you haven't I am very interested more info please!
November 8, 200520 yr its a beautiful bike, very nice style. How good are the new betas. its not all about looks it about the riding aswel
November 8, 200520 yr Dont you look at the front page all the new bikes have been on the front of there so obviously we have seen them ? Yes they are nice but your just repeating news from the front page. p.s dont start a topic on new gas gas or mont
November 8, 200520 yr Author This is a factory development bike and you have never seen it before. The engine being tested is a bored and stroked rev 80 now out to 125cc(ktm) with a 7 speed gearbox. It also has a very special clutch, like a sag sag but with out the drag. Have a guess at the weight?
November 8, 200520 yr Looks like Nick's been on holiday again! Weight guess...68/69KG More interestingly, is that a fourstroke version in the background?
November 8, 200520 yr Author Hi Alan, close but try 63kg and that other thing you can't see is just a Pizza bike as they say, so stop looking!!
November 8, 200520 yr Well sooooooorry , could have put in your first thread that it was factory made with extra parts and how do you know i havnt seen them ?
November 8, 200520 yr More interestingly, is that a fourstroke version in the background? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just what i thought looks like a tall barrel and a different exhaust going on in the background, or maybe it just looks big after the titchy thing in the front of piccy!
November 9, 200520 yr Wow thats a 125 It looks tiny! The one in the background just looks like the normal 2stroker to me!
November 9, 200520 yr OK tell me is you see it differently. I zoomed into the picture several times and I don't see even the likeness of a carb but rather something very different. Is it fuel injected? Can't be could it?
November 10, 200520 yr Looks EFI'd to me too. Is that an "official" Beta factory van in the background? If so, you'd have thought that the factory would at least know about that bike. Maybe it's a "skunkware" project, produced unofficially after hours or perhaps it's simply someone's shed special.
