Instead of thinking isn't Raga's Christmas message nice I am left thinking he looks a right tool dressed up as a King. I think the double winning of the indoor and outdoor WTC has gone to his head.

Any ideas for what he will be dressed as on next years card? The widow tw**ky or Dick Whittington perhaps. Rumour has it he is appearing with the Krankies in Christmas Panto. :santawink:

i hate to disagree with a felloe teessider but i think that raga has got full right to act a bit cocky.his riding this year has been out of this world and he fully deserves to be double champion.if you remember back to when doug was first double champ he was the same.

Raga is undoubtedly the world champion and deservedly so. But that doesn't give in the excuse to look a right prat. Or do you think he looks quite fetching in his cape.

May be the Spanish people luv it and didn't Jordi Tarres have the nickname El King. Surely you can

This is nothing I had imagined a Spanish King would look like. In any other era, he would have been beheaded for wearing this garb.

To be honest I think that his list of achievements will take some beating for what he has done this year, but, big but would he have done it if it had not been for the 4rt fourstroke, I doubt it. And without checking exactly I would imagine he has done nothing that doug hasn't already.

The measure of the man as a rider will be to repeat the WTC feat 7 times and is that going to happen?

What's the story? Is it just the non-english speaking newguy thing---he's not that new anymore, hehe, or is there something specific about the guy which has annoyed some of you? Not being a smart A here, but just trying to learn cause I haven't paid much attention for a couple of decades, but am getting back into trials now
