Any make [it does not really matter which one] of fork oil that is SAE 5W viscosity [Standard factory recommendation]........or whatever viscosity your personal preference is depending what the temperature is where you are riding and in which season  you are  riding. IPONE oils were recommended for use in Sherco trials motorcycles around 2005 ish so you're using a trial oil/fluid

Well, Riding in South Norway Its cold always But Maybe go whit for IPONE Grade 10? Soft and hard? for forest?

You may find 7.5w will provide enough damping for you if you are in a cold climate.
