Hi all,

Could anyone advise me on what weight fork oil to use on a 2004 Beta 200 Rev3? I weigh 11st and am a novice rider, so I don't need th hop (not that I can) :blink:

Also any advice on suspension set up both front and rear would be appreciated.

    Thanks hrc1,

    I don't have the hand book but from what I can gather it's 120mm air gap at top of fork with the spring out and the fork fully compressed on the left and 60mm air gap on the right fork.
