Just bought a HT5 and looking for some advice, it has an Amal premier carb on it and looking for setup advice and tuning?it starts and runs nice but the air mixture screw is wound in fully 

also has magneto ,points and a coil which a few people have said is strange ?

any Advice much appreciated

    The mixture screw adjusts the air (next to the tickover screw} There is a screw on the other side (brass) is a pilot jet only fitted on premier carbs I use this carb on my cub
