Hi Guys, I’m doing the water pump seals on a 2019 ST, I’m just checking the order it goes back together as the exploded diagram has got me wondering if I’m right. 

Needle bearing

Shaft

Gear (step side towards engine)

Washer

Bearing

Oil seal

Water Seal

Impeller

It's a good idea to replace the shaft also.

 

Thanks, I saw this video but being as the seals where in the wrong way I didn’t want to rely on it as fact, also you can’t see proud bit on the gear sadly. 
I’ve ordered a shaft plus any other nuts bolts washers and seals so hopefully I won’t need to go back inside in a hurry.
