March 16, 200620 yr Hello all. I am having a machinist friend to manufacture some replacement bushings for the RL 250 Suzuki. I picked up a sample of a new stock item and plan to have a set made from those specs. We are planning on using bronze stock to make them. I don't know what the cost is going to be, but I thought I'd see if anyone else needed a set. This is the same guy that is going to make an aluminum swingarm for the same bike for me.

March 22, 200620 yr Author He probably can. This guy is a mad dog genius when it comes to fabrication. My plans are to take him my RL swing arm along with the NOS bushings and have him craft an aluminum arm for the Suzuki. I'll let you know how it turns out and get a ballpark price for you. I'm sure he will need either a stock swingarm to copy or some really exact dimensions.
