Its really easy just tighten all the bolts up till they shear off and come back half a flat,that should be optimum tightness

Really if you dont like the noise of a rattly floating disc ,put some small o rings under the washers then it will still move but not rattle

Disk mounting holes are 17.72mm dia

Disk mounting hole bushes are 17.22mm dia

So look for approx 0.5mm "float" which will be more at the tyre radius, which you will feel rocking the bike back and forth with the front brake on.

With the brake off you should also feel a little side to side play on the disk, which allows for re-alignment as the front end twists during those 180 degree stoppies you will doing soon.
