June 4, 200620 yr Hi First post.... We have a Beta 50 2002 mini trial rev and go, now has new clutch with new springs but will not tick over at low revs, (same with old clutch) stalls constantly when revs drop, or we turn tick over up high and bike gets to hot. I guess this is due to lack of flywheel on mx engine. Any fixes /advice please, my son is fed up stalling in sections, and I am fed up starting it!
June 4, 200620 yr We had an '02 from new and had the same problems. Threw a lot of new parts at it and a fair amount of time trying to turn an MX engine into a trials bike. Failed miserably. Sold it, bought a Gas Gas 50 and never looked back !! I'm sorry that doesn't realy help, but your not alone in suffering those problems. Good luck. Mike.
June 4, 200620 yr I had the same problem, changed the carb for a new 'un and it has been fine ever since
