Hi all,

Would love to have animated this but no time. I centred both bikes around the swing-arm shaft.

PS. I had to mirror the 2T.

Very impressive Ian. I wanted to do something like this put couldn't be bothered. Great work.

It looks like the bike is as small and well proportioned as the photo made me believe. I was wondering if the photos were deceptive but they're not.

I'm not a Montesa lover but I could be. Now all we need is a ride on one.

It's a pity you had to mirror the 315 Ian. I'd like to compare the bottom ends on the 2T and 4T's. I'm betting that HRC are using the 315 bottom end (modified of course) and a CRF top end and hoping to get around any potential carburation problems by using injection.

That rear mudguard really is ugly though, probably dangerous too!

Good job, it proves that the two are very similar.

BTW who are those guys who have commented in the article???? Usual suspects excluded.

I supposethat the Honda motor is dry sump and the oil is in the frame to save weight and more importantly height.

Doesn't look dry sump to me, open to correction though.
