Hi there,

I am trying to refit the water pump and you have to line up the two pins with the two slots. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the last 2 hours now.

As anybody got any tips or advice please.

[sir trial a lot]

on the bike, the bit that faces you. use the kickstart to line the slot up with one of the holes, next line the pin on the water pump up to the same hole. Then it should go on really easy. I also tend to smear a tiny bit of grease on there. DO NOT bang it on as it will snap the pin, lined up properly and greased a little it should slide in RELITAVELY!! easy.
