    MH200

Completed my first trial on sunday, used Mh200 bike was fine, just the rider not so good. However I did put in new iridium plug before I started & it definetly made a improvement to starting & power. Now gears are improved very pleased with bike in general.Mark.

    MH200

Hi, gear selection has greatly improved, toothed` arm was slightly bent, also small toothed gear was not "timed" to toothed arm correctly.Had a quick ride round the gears work much better & also does not drop out of gear. Kickstart was a bugger to get back in the correct position. Thanks for advice. Mark.

    MH200

Ok Thanks, will try at weekend.
  4. If you have got a solid lump of concrete put a ground anchor on it, couple of chains, good locks, & a dirty old bike cover might work !! If you live near PE14, I will store it for free !!!
  5. We have found the biggest improvement after replacing the condenser, still a bit flat but big improvement. Thanks.

    MH200

Any ideas on MH200 Gearbox, I understand they are very delicate, mine is prone to jump/fall out of gear now & again, also although all gears work I often have to move the lever in both directions before it will go in gear. Wondering if anybody has come up with a mod/improvement to selector mechanism. Thanks Mark.
  7. Thanks for everyones input, will start to look into it at our drinking Tinkering club, will let you know how we get on!
  8. My Friend has just bought a Goddon Majesty TY250, it had been stood for several years, we have cleaned carb & tank out & put in fresh petrol, started up no problem, ticks over all good. However took it out on his practice track it seemed to pull Ok but power is very flat, not as good as his Ty175. Starts, runs, does not miss, just seems to lack any Oomph. Any Ideas ??

    Montesa 349

Hi, looking for help with Montesa 349 (51M). Firstly my son thought he could race around field on my recently purchased 349 like he does on his Crf250, unfortunatley the 349 protested. It now jumps into gear when you kick it over, any ideas?? Also when I have taken clutch casing off to have a look I noticed the crankshaft balance weight is missing, replaced with bodged up steel tube, would it be better with the balance weight on ?? (crankshaft seems Ok under sleeve) Lastly for now, anybody got supply of pistons, only pistons I can find are Kevin Breedon Racing or Sammy Miller (No price advertised) Thanks In Hope, Mark.
