  1. Cheers guys got what I was looking for, just waiting for my light switch and step down converter to come in and ill be good
  2. http://www.splatshop.co.uk/sherco-diode.html This is on my bike with the regulator. I cant seem to find a DC voltage anywhere, only AC. The plug at the top of my bike has no DC voltages either, that's where the kill switch plugs in. There is five spare wires there aswell. How often does the fan come on aswell because I hardly ever see it spin, so maybe my rectifier is broken or something
  3. It was like this when I purchased the bike, only kill switch no other lights etc. So If I hooked up a rectifier and 12v regulator to the yellow wires, do you think it work ok? cheers
  4. Hey can anyone tell me if any of these wires gives a DC output, so I can use my front light. Cheers its a 2003 sherco 250
  5. Hi there any chance the rear wheel from a beta rev4 would fit sherco 250 2003? http://www.ebay.co.u...=item3f2723175f Thanks
  6. The stator will be dead in a week lol
  7. Haha, post up the picture I want to see it now
  8. Yeah I've decided I'm going to remove the basket with an impact gun, and ill just tighten with a ratchet until its tight enough. Now with the new clutch basket, I'll need to rivet the gear assembly on to it. Do any of you guys have experience with this and have any tips? or is it just standard thanks for the help
  9. Thanks, thats perfect I will buy this tomorrow. When you replaced your clutch basket was it already fully asembled, or did you have to put the rivets in? If so do you or anyone else have tips on riveting the basket to the gear asembly, or is it pretty standard? Thanks guys
  10. I think this is it? http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_232619_langId_-1_categoryId_255216
  11. I'll try and find someone with an impact gun, thanks. And I just don't see the point in paying £80 quid for a tool that I will only use once.
  12. This sounds pretty good, can you give me a link to what you used from the halfords website please? was it something like this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Adjustable-Oil-Filter-Pliers-12/dp/B004ZVB4TQ thank you
  13. Hi, I have a Sherco 2003 250cc. I wanted to change the crank seals. So I replaced the one on the flywheel side no problem. When I went to change the clutch side, The basket was screwed on really tight, so when I tried to remove it with jamming the cog and uses two screwdrivers to hold the basket. I snapped a tooth, so is this going to be a problem. I don't think it will. I have already been out on it a few times after this anyway and it was fine, apart from some clutch drag but I don't think that's related to the missing tooth. So I am going to replace it anyway, the basket, cushions and rivets only cost £40 so its not bad. So is there a better way to remove the clutch basket or will I need to buy that £75 clutch remover tool from splatshop (and try and return it)? Thanks
