Naughty / Nice ? Who knows... I got new Hebo gloves and Hebo carbon helmet. :santa1: I guess Santa couldn't get an '04 Beta Rev3 in the sleigh... or maybe he's using it to deliver presents! I'll bet Santa would be a salty trials rider! :beard: Merry Christmas everyone!!

I read woodys report about the new 250 sherco last week and was suprised at how impressed he was. I've read articles of his before and he's not usually that revved up. Seems like the sherco has gone from the runt of the litter to one to consider...has anyone else tried the07 250 sherco and would they agree with the report as it ends with "its simply one of the best trial bikes ever" which is quite an endorsement

Hi all I was just wondering if any one is entering the upcoming speed trial at the WOR Tough One? I am a massive fan of such events to the extent that they are the only events I ride now. Except in my events dabs are counted but the rest of the principle is very similar. First one to cross finish line sets standard time, add extra marks on for every minute that passes this time till everyone has finished. The winner is the guy who has least points once time and dabs have been added together. TBH I have only come across this in the south west so people are probably thinking who is this strange idiot is. I would enter the tough one but I have other commitments. Stupid ex…

I'm having some problems getting onto the WOR website, does anyone know if the site is operating at the minute? The entry list for the event (the speedtrial at least) should have been posted on their site yesterday. If anyone does have a copy of the full entry or a reliable web address could you possibly post it on here. Thanks in advance.

Just got back from Hawkstone, a fantastic day and result in all classes. Anyone know what fuel the HRC team use in the 4T? cus it's NOT neat petrol, you can smell some sort of additive.

This thread in the Montesa forum got me thinking (well, I didn't have anything else to do): Works teams employ top-class riders to show how good the product is, and then the average (or not-even-average) clubman will be encouraged to buy the same. But is that a flawed logic? It may be that the best bike for a Bou or a Dabill is not the best bike for you or I. And perhaps a bike that they would consider uncompetitive would turn out to be the best for those of us with less exalted abilities. Or perhaps I'm talking rubbish again.

Well, as the title really, I've been wondering about workshop necessities... What do I need? Fed up of borrowing the old mans tools... what do I need in the way of tools, oils, lubricants, nuts, bolts, washers and anything else? I know the important stuff but I'm interested to what you all reccomend? Please give a quality make/brand but good value, dont want them breaking or not doing there job properly, so yeah, shoot away people... Cheers in advance, Jamie

My club has dubbed me the World's Largest Trials Rider. At 6'8" and 325 lbs (2 meters and 23.2 stone) I'm the biggest I ever met. Any other colossal riders out there?

Aye there's plenty from Sammy Miller bringing in the Spanish, non stop/stop, duel/multi routes, dodgy suspension linkages, tubeless tyres no doubt everyone on the forum has a personal axe to grind so let's be honest we've all got a good moan right or wrong so after 45 years on the scene here's my top gripe. WATER COOLING, worst thing that ever happened even as we speak I've a Scorpa p****** coolant in the garage doing my nut. Anyone who has not had bother with a water cooled trials bike has never owned one. Water pumps, thermostats. wiring , regulators, radiators, hoses, O ring head gaskets had bother with the lot. Do they run any better than my old air cooler? a ver…

I had a job interview yesterday, and when I came home, the first thing I needed to do was to get out of the 3 piece suit and collar & tie, and of course get my shorts and sandals on...... thats the way I roll. When I had stripped off, and was about to put my garage shorts on, she squaked..... I thought one of the cats had either crapped on the bed (highly unlikely) or brought a kill into the bedroom. When I asked her what ?? he pointed at my ass and said.... "What happened there? " I checked in the mirror and found that Chads Farms wobbler 10 days ago had left a mark on my side, I probably did not leave the stones and tree roots unmarked either though. I had done…

I have just recently switched from bicycle trials to mototrials. I want to do more technical stuff rather than huge moves. maybe one day learn rear wheel hop hahaha. Anyways, I rode a 250 and felt like I could get in some trouble with that thing so I am curious if a 125 will haul me around and allow me to do the crazy tech stuff. I love to hop. I am 176cm and about 70kg or some would say, 5'9" and a bit and about 11 stones. I saw some of the world youth guys on 125s and they could do some insane stuff. anyways, any input would be nice. I am really confused. Thanks. remember, I won't be doing huge steps anytime soon hahaha.
