    Hi thanks for the reply. Found time on thursday to go see an old bike guru. It wasnt long before he noticed the points were wired straight to earth. dont know how or why as it was over a year since i took the bike apart and it was sparking back then. The electrics are now back together and its sparking like a good en. Thanks again

    Hi i am currently trying to get some life out of my bike anyone got any info diagrams pictures etc showing the stator plate for the above bike. Need to know which winding serves the ignition etc.
