Agreed. I had two hour trial on a 125 & thought that was what I wanted, but couldn't find one so went for the Scorpa 250 instead. I only get to practise a trial events & after 4 of them I'm feeling much more comfortable on the 250 & feel if I'd got the 125 I'd be wanting to trade up by now.

Thanks for full reply but.......... No, the clutch is different. I've done the brakes,that went fine, but there is no bleed nibble on the 05' clutch.

Cheers for replies but how do I bleed the slave? Want to change all the fluid as it looks grime. My knowledge of bike maintenance is still at novice level. Any pics anywhere?

I've only ever ridden three trial bikes, GasGas, Sherco & my Scorpa. I prefer the Scorpa but what do I know. Don't see many at the trials down here though. Seem mostly to be Sherco's.

Hi, What the devil is a banjo?

Greetings all. Had my old & battered scorpa for a few months now & really need to sort a few issues. How do I bleed the clutch? Can't see anyway of bleeding it through. Also what carb needle should be fitted. Been told I've got a short needle ( ) does 58mm sound right? And it should be 90 something. Is that right? Bike absolutely drinks the fuel compared to my brothers Sherco 250. Also need some front pads, whats the best make & where do I get them? Thankyou in advance. All help appreciated. Karl.

Hello. Bought a Scorpa SY(?)250 a couple months back. After 8 years without any bike. Have done four beginner trials with the West of England Club. (Top score of 38 so far!!) Bike has a few issues that I keep meaning to get to, clutch wants bleeding, front brake sticking, wrong size needle, drinks fuel.... but hey, its great fun & gets me off my backside! I'll be posting some questions in the 'how to...' forum as soon as I find it. Cheers Karl.
