    I have got this problem also but my fan comes on as soon as I start the bike so would this mean that the thermostat is bypassed? mine is boiling over after approx 5 mins, coolant steaming out the rad cap overflow

    Hi all. I'm new to to trials bike but have been riding MX for a while. I recently picked up a Beta bike but its developed an overheating problem and boiling hot coolant is shooting out the overflow of the rad cap overflow. The coolant was properly topped up and the fan is cutting in so i'm out of ideas. I'd rather see if its a problem I can sort out myself first before spending money at a garage. Thanks Martin
