ive had my montesa 315r a few monthes,basicly 3 setting on shocks would any 1 no,what a base settings are for all 3! i know thumb screw is 10 clicks,and flat screw on other is 10.im not sure what blue alen setting is....would appreseate any help!!

i noticed top of my fork was holding water left side blue nut with screw inside,so thought hope screws not seized,well it was and turned pree load spring,the blue alen nut. could anyone tell me a base setting im 13 stone,at moment i have thumb screw on right leg at 10 clicks,also flat head screw on left leg 10 turns, centre of blue alen nut.any help for a base setting,would be gratfull.....buggin me have 315 book not clear!

thanks m8 what happened was screw in centre of blue nut seized,so blue nut turned b4 i noticed,freed flat head,wonderd if their is base setting for the blue nut? also is it 10 turns from shut on the screw in the blue nut,thanks for your time,lyndon

hi im a new trial rider,baught a montesa 315 02,front shocks are baffling me.how many turns on the big blue alen adjuster,books not clear.i know base setting for others if 10 turns,and is that from max in?????????? help
