I agree with regards to restoring to original... But I will only be using this 4 months of the year while I'm not doing my racing!

I guess painting would flake and crack after a while unless its done properly like?

Not new, I've found a few second hand ones at £70+ which I think is extortionate! I will be wrapping mine tomorrow and will let you know how I get on! I can only assume its the same as motocross graphics but easier as the sheet isnt made to fit so I can cut etc.

Thanks for your help, I bought a packing cartridge from one of the parts sites, and now shes fine with no leaking etc! I drained the fuel to find he was running a VERY rich ratio which has blocked everything up!

Hi Guys, Recently bought a Beta Rev3 250 to train on in my MX off season. I love the bike and plan on doing a couple of Eastern ACU meets but I have a question. I am planning on wrapping the rear fender/mudguard in black vinyl. Saves me spending what can only be described as silly money on a second hand replacement (£70+!) Can I have your opinions please? Positive or negative, I want to hear it all! Thanks in advance!

Mine is leaking splooge between the middle section and silencer, looks like it's been apart! Any ideas?

Afternoon all! I have just got home from collecting a 2003 Beta Rev 3! I'm a motocross racer from saaaaafalk (Suffolk) and wanted to try this in the off-season for balance, clutch control etc! My bike... It has some splooge coming from the exhaust where the middle section joins the silencer! I believe I can repackage the silencer but would need an ally welder to weld it back up! Anyone know where I can replace the silencer? Thank you!
