    Hey Timdog, Thanks for the reply, my only trials experience was a TY80 back in the day. Figure that the mountain bike skills will cross over. How much do I really need to spend? I've had the high end mountain bikes, only to come back to a quality hardtail. Not looking to be an "all the gear, no idea". Graeme

    40 something, lifelong mountain biker, bmxer and had big trail bikes in the past. Looking at getting into Trials in the North Lakes. Don't want to spend a fortune as I've two at home under 6 Suppose my question is, what size of bike should I be looking for? 6 feet and 13 stone. And is there much a club scene up here near Caldbeck?
