Thanks for the replys, I have had a good look today and unplugged everything and now I'm gettinging readings between 14v and 20v so all is pointing at regulator I shall order a new one and report back thanks

Hi, when you say coils do you mean stator coils? rectifier and regulator are separates. Thanks

Hi all, I have bought my first trials and had it for 2 months now and have lots of trouble with it. The bike is a 2004 txt pro 250, I replaced the lenonni rectifier for a new one, new fan motor, swapped the 415 regulater for a second hand one and all worked fine for a month then the fan stopped working again! checked everything and im only getting 4v from the yellow stator wire(bike runs fine) any ideas?
