    Sorry though I'd replyed already. started by poping radiator out, to allow me remove CDI and regulator, Brightened checked all connections. filed a small area around the bolt hole on the tripple clamp earth, then ran a spur back to the earth behind the regulator bracket. Lovley bright sparks !!!! Thanks everyone.

    Excellent thanks for your suggestions and advice, I will be spending today in the workshop. Hopefully by the time my son comes home from school, we will be going out for a play.

    Good evening,help needed please. i have recently bought a 2007 rev3. Which was running fine till I decided to, chop some of the excess wiring out, which had left me with no spark. Hoping there's a diagram below of what I have!! can anyone spot the error?
