Fan motor you mean

The person looking at it wanted to no if the generator should produce low volts on idle and higher wen Running as it is on mine are is it faulty

The person that looking at it builds choppers from ground up the problem I have is the fan isn’t working once wired up how it should be bypassed thermostat so not that changed a few electrical components it does run wen on a battery

How can I test my fan wireing if I remove thermostat and join wires fan doesn’t spin if I attach battery spins fine

I’m starting to think it’s radiator as it bypassed thermostat and it’s running wen revs are up but shuts off wen you idle

And yes impelor spins wen liked over

It’s had new water pump shaft seals ect the fan works with battery and now as bypassed thermostat

Think it stops or slows alot

Someone help me out I’m stuck engine keeps boiling coolant after about 20 mins the thermostat has been bypassed chAnged water pump radiator and pipes new head gasket no crack in head so what the held going on also wording been modified to bypass thermostat

Anyone tell me if head gaskets were different than 1993 model I thought was delta but has coolant tank that only came out on 93 one

Water cooled I think it’s a delta as looked at pics looks like mine with gold head and gasgas logo

Anyone no if head gaskets changed around 1991 I’ve orderd a few replacement but there all same and don’t fit there to thin and sit lower than channel there in

Whenever I order head gaskets the keep sending some what don’t fit there too thin and sit lower than channel also on vids I’ve seen they go on head mine goes on barrel

The head gasket I got were standard not vitron we’re would I acquire one of these the pump rotates wen you kick bike over haven’t tried fully running

I right I looked a bit deeper I checked head gasket and seamed fine but I have replaced it I have checked pump and spins fine I have replaced radiator and pipes no blockages there coolant tank replaced still boils over could it be air locked what’s correct bleed procedure for these also although fan has been wired permanently bypassing thermostat I noticed wen you drop revs or ideal fan doesn’t spin fast

I forgot to mention that’s it’s had a full top end rebuild

The bike itself runs and tides nice no problems there

having a few problems with a bike i just bought its leaking from the coolant resevour and the water is boiling it needs a new resevour but gasgas say you cant get them anymore any sugestions and ithink its boiling over becouse tank not presurising its been looked at before as the thermostat has been bypassed and fan runs perminatly ant ideas how to put back to standad im also looking for a water pump upgrade but cant find any info on doing so plz plz plz help
