I am a newbie to the world of Trials.  about 6 years ago I bought the Gas Gas 280 TXT for my son.  It turns out he has very little interest in Trials or motorcycles.  The bike sat in our summer home in Colorado unused for years.  We recently sold the house in Colorado and brought all our stuff back to our home in Alvin, TX.  The bike was taking up space in my shop - so I decided to do somethingabout that.  When I was young - I am 66 now - I rode motocross on a TM 125 and then a RM 125.  I loved the sport but went off to college and did not ride again.  I am now too old to ride motocross but Trials would likely be something I can do.  So I started working on the bike.  Both brake master cylinders and calipers needed to be replaced and I am sure there will be more - but when I tried to start it - well it kicked over on the first kick and started.....Engine good!!  

So now I am trying to find some Trials riders in the local Houston area but so far have not found anyone.....so the search continues.
