    I've just been In touch with the manufacturers and they don't actually sell the motor separately ?, only sold as part of the complete unit - fan /housing etc - 2nd hand it is then

    Has anyone managed to source a fan motor for an evo. My 18 evo fan has virtually seized, bike overheated so I did all the usual checks - stat, wiring, etc and bottom line is the motor is toast but I obviously don't need the whole thing ie fan, housing etc I just need a new motor so £150 + seems a tad excessive. I've done a bit of digging and vertigo gas gas have a very "similar" and cheaper unit but I'm aware they may be a different spec. Just don't realy want spend £150 for something that is maybe available for a lot less just because it's not got "beta" links Cheers Chris
