Having problems with the refurbishment of tank/seat unit of my 1982 Cota 200C, just wondering if there's such a thing as a s/s replacement. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not had it out yet but starts first kick and hits the revs. It had been restored by previous owner so is pretty much mint already bar a couple of bubbles on the tank which is away being sorted.

Regarding the length of a piece of string I think you'll find it's exactly twice the distance from the middle to one end.

Just purchased Montesa Cota 200 with engine/frame number 29M02572. I'd appreciate any help in finding out year of manufacture and what the actual numbers/letter(s) mean. Many thanks in advance.
