  1. Thanks Peter. I'd initially followed some other forum advice to take the whole pump off, but hadn't anticipated the sudden loss of g/box oil as it was on side-stand at time, so I went off that method Do the hose clamps 'reseat', or do I need to replace them (with genuine clamps or jubliees) once I've prised them open? cheers, Dave
  2. When draining the coolant via the water pump drain plug (or 'bushing' as I now see it in the parts diagram), does anyone know if the metal washer on the impeller also comes out with the drain plug, or is it captive to the impeller or the casing itself? (This is not the nylon washer that seals the drain hole, but an internal metal one). Reason for such a daft query is that I'm not sure if the metal washer I found in the magnetic tray after the job was from the end of the drain plug, or happened to have been in there from some previous bicycle job. Bike is an 06 Pro 125, although I imagine it's the same for other capacities of recent yrs. (BTW, couldn't see it elsewhere in forums but its coolant capacity was about 500ml, much less than I expected having seen advice on a Pro300). cheers, Dave
