  1. Mahalo….. O-rings ordered. Though I did fab a seal using a custom cut section of fiberglass header wrap….perfect thickness and pretty easy to install. Braaap. Skiddy
  2. How do they not roll out of their groove when sliding assy together? Lube? Mahalo, Skiddy
  3. During my clutch inspection I found two steels that had lips along the outer perimeter on one side that the adjacent friction fits nicely into. These aren’t mentioned anywhere in the manuals I found, do they go in a special location in the stack? The frictions were all within spec so I reassembled as it came apart and flipped the spring washers so the raised area was nestled inside the spring, lowering the effecting preload pressure on the springs. Clutch is a lightswitch, I’m hoping to get more progressiveness in its action…. Thoughts? Skiddy
  4. Took muffler off during my inspection on the new to me bike and the o rings were hard broken junk. I’m trying to wrap my head around how the new ones will go on. Do they go on the Ti header first, then slide the muffler on, hoping they go into their prospective grooves? Seems optimistic at best…..
  5. Broke my back pretty badly, sold my GasGas thinking I’d never ride again…well guess what!? I’m back (pun intended). i sucked on my GasGas and I’ll prolly suck worse on my new to me (but exceptionally clean, still has the original tires) ‘13 250 Evo Factory with my new back issues….. I want to focus on my balance and control precision and hopefully get a little stronger in the process. 53 years young….owned a **** ton (almost 75) of different bikes over 43 years of riding and racing, but never good enough to be top at anything. Braaaap from the Big Island ! Skiddy
