Hi all, I have a pair of TY250 mono forks model 38V, but the left fork leg doesn’t have a thread cut into it for the axle bolt, the plain hole is small enough diameter to tap a thread into. I’m just wondering why it wouldn’t have had the thread in it already?. Has anyone come across this before? thanks

Hi Jon v8, Thanks for the link to the photo's, much appreciated, you put a lot of work went into that!, I have just bought myself a spare frame with the intention of modifying it. Do you still have your jig? would you be interested in doing a frame for me? or would you consider hiring out your jig to allow me to do mine? Hello all, I have a 1977 Ty175 with a broken clutch basket P/N 525-16150-00-00 it has one of the fingers broken off, and also play between the primary gear and the basket These seem hard to find, so does anyone have one that they would like to sell? Thanks
