    I had the same problem on my '02. The black box (I can't remember what it's called) went bad. The way I found out was the yellow wire coming out of it wasn't providing any juice, but it had juice going in. Not too long after that, the switch on the rad went bad, but that was easy to figure out. Just get a tester and you should be able to find the problem.
