  1. This happened to my dads bike. My uncle went up a massive hill and overshot it, landing it in a pond. The bike was completely under water. It was a Sherco too! My dad stripped the whole bike, turned it upside down in the garage to dry out for a few days. Then basically whilst it was all apart serviced the whole bike, new oil... absolutely everything was done to it and the bike still lives! So no I wouldn't say you have completely buggered your bike, because if my dad sorted his I'm sure you can get yours running again.
  2. Hi, I have missed all of the world outdoor trials championship 2011 screenings on the tv. Just wondering if anyone knows where I can watch them online? I anyone has uploaded them to Vimeo or something? Cheers, Danny.
  3. Thanks very much, I emailed them some questions!
  4. Hello, I am extremely keen on getting the new OSSA, but noticed there is only a 280 version. Does anyone know if they will be doing a 125. I will not be getting it for atleast 1 year hopefully less if I can get the money. But obviously I can not get one if there is not a 125 version. Thanks in advance, Danny.
  5. Haha, sorry. I meant hopping the 'back' around.
  6. Hello, I haven't been on this forum in absolutely ages so I'm sorry if I break any rules by posting this here. Basically, I am starting the Blue route this year and I am very good at balance so that isn't a problem. I can spin the bike round without putting feet down but can not do it from a stand still and can only spin it about 80 - 90 degrees. So some technique advice on spinning the bike from stand still would help; I know it is practice and I have been, just want to make sure that I am using the right sort of technique to do so. I think that's it to be honest. Being as doing blues this year there is a lot of tight turns that you will not be able to ride around sort of thing and requires the spinning of a bike from stand still so will be a great help. I have already done a few blue route trials and have done very well, only thing is, is that I am competing against adults now, so it is more of a challenge. Just a guide of the route hardness in case it is different from your location? EASY { Yellow Red [ Blue ] White } HARD Thanks in advance, Danny.
  7. Motor Trials, Cycle Trials? -- (Cycle Trials = same as motor trials, but on a push bike.)
  8. Hey, I am going to Wales for a weeks holiday and I am taking my Cycle Trials Bike. Just wondering if there are any events going on as of from 6th August 2010 - 13th August 2010. Also any shops over there? - Cycle Trials shops, Motor Trials shops. I would like to know about Motor Trials Events and Cycle Trials Events that I could go to - either ride or just watch within this time barrier - (6th August 2010 - 13th August 2010). Also any decent riding locations that I could go to. Thanks, Danny.
