  1. As far as I know you can only work lights if the bike is fitted with twin coils inside the flywheel,most Japanese imports don't have these.the wiring diagram in the manual will show you if you know someone that has one or there was one on one of the honda trials pages

    The crf 150 definitely has the same shaft size as the yamaha's and the Hondas you've mentioned.i have alloy levers for the crf150 fitted to both rtl250 and TLM 260 Hondas

  3. has the nipple broken off flush with the caliper?if it is sticking out a little your best bet is to mig weld say an m8 nut over it and screw it out when it is still hot.bleed nipples are available from DAF TRUCKS in M8 thread,again you would need to machine it to fit the tapered seat in your caliper,good luck

HI,NEW TO THIS,I TOO HAVE A TLM260-A 1990 BIKE WHICH I HAVE FULLY RESTORED,I FITTED LOTS OF NEW PARTS WHICH I GOT WITHOUT TOO MUCH TROUBLE-NAMELY CLUTCH PLATES,CYLINDER,, PISTON,RINGS,KICKSTART,MUDGUARDS,TANK/SEAT UNIT,SILENCER,BRAKE PADS AND FORK SLIDERS.I STILL HAVE SOME PARTS AND CAN SOURCE MORE,THE EX WORKS BIKE OF NARITA WAS FEATURED IN ISSUE 10 OF YOU HAVE USED WORDS OR A PHRASE WHICH ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THIS WEBSITE. PLEASE DELETE YOUR POST/TOPIC. DO NOT TRY TO CIRCUMVENT THE FILTERS IN PLACE ON THIS WEBSITE RECENTLY.IT WAS INDEED FITTED WITH A PWK CARB AND ALSO A SPECIAL ONE OFF ALLOY BIG BORE CENTRE BOX AND A LARGER DIAMETER FRONT PIPE.
