  1. Nice work, but a bit of a waste of time as converted monos aren't allowed in the twinshock class at many clubs or the ACU classic series as it is cheating.

Would make a great air-cooled mono conversion though!

    yep

you all seem to be aiming this at me :D i dident make it by the way :D

  2. check this twinshoked honda tlm

what do you all think of it :D

p.s i wounder were he got his exhuast from i quite like it

  3. OK, i'll make a generalisation here.

Usually, trials bikes with air cooled engines were recommended to run at around 50:1 by the manufacturers, this was using mineral 2 stroke oil.

These days, superior fully synthetic oil is easily available and cheap, personally i like to use fully synthetic oil at about 65:1 on air cooled engines.

I have used shell advance, and putoline synthetic oil in my air cooled engines for many years with no problems.

    many thanks t-shock

  5. Anyone who is in any kind of business should accept negative comments as part of a learning process or suggestions on doing things differently next time, my main criticisms were after reading the web site i was expecting entertainment and an auto jumble like they have at telford, the bikes on show had no placards saying what they were who rode them and how old they were, it said there was a live band but found out after we were there and paid the
  6. I'm lagging behind most people but I'm really getting into Kasabian-----FIRE :o

Proof that (at the moment) Kasabian can do no wrong:-

    Did anyone see this ?

...we need Serge for the next World Cup....err..except he's Italian?

ham you shold go see em when they are next on trust me they blow oasis oth the water (live)

true true i thin serge would do better than the whole eng team at the moment but he was born in devon so he could get in the team :o

  7. There are two used TRL200 air boxes on Ebay USA right now. One for $37 and the other for $49. Will these work on your TLM 200 I wonder? The one for $49 looks to be the better deal condition-wise. He says he ships worldwide.

    air box 1

    air box 2

thanks but im not sure if it will fit but i could enquire to see if it could fit or be adapted. but cheers scooter.

p.s hi does anybody know if a tlr air filter will fit a honda tlm200 or if any other airbox will fit cheers

  8. Sam95,you've got to read some other posts if you wanna avoid a little repitition ....but your Kasabian link is FUBAR...which track were you recommending?

ham i now i got a little carried away but the track from kasabian was underdog and i was recomending the sam 1 i just got a little carried away thats all :o

  9. I think the point the knockers are making is they paid to go in ! they did not have guest passes.

if you paid for something and thought you had been seen off ,would you not complain ?

I for one hope the Prescotts do NOT ignore the complaints, but agree learn from the experience

well said i thought the trials was briliant but we was promised a lot more than two auto jumblers by th way i went sunday and their was 2 nice tys for sale but the one i would of had would have to be the one with decals on :o

but i hope they have more stuff next year
