All you need to do is just get some spacers made for each side of the wheel and the one for the spindle inside the hub.If you want the measurements for the spacers let me know and i will measure them and post the measurements on here

Back to the main subject, seeing the new Sherco's it says all the changes are for 125 on up. Could they be making a new 80? I also like one of Alan's ideas, since your son is moving down get a Sherco 125 and put a 80 top end on it.
