I read somewhere once that someone manufactures an 80cc kit for the Rev50.

Does anybody know if this really exists and who sells it ?

Birketts did do one called the NBT75. They may still do it but when the REV80 came out it sort of died. You could transplant the 80cc engine into it or fir the 50cc wheels to the REV80.

See also my post about the REV50. It looks like they are having to engineer a new bike as they are out of Engines an it will not be ready until 2008. That means any REV50 will rise in value.
