Its a 350 Armstrong Jumbo twinshock which has been converted to mono.

Its a steel frame, it has the case reed 350 TL motor the same as the SWM Jumbo, but the odd bit is the shock position. Take a look at the photo that Ask Greeves posted and you see the shock is angled, this one is vertical....hence the homemade middlebox and silencer and the cut away seat/tank unit.

Think there is a photo of John Lampkin on an Armstrong Jumbo in John Hulmes Twinshock book....but as R2W has borrowed my copy and not returned it, I cant say for certain :wacko:
