December 21, 200619 yr I AM NOT A EXPERT...I have the same bike and I've heard that the "sag" is 1/3 of the travel of the suspension. I don't know how much you weigh ?? Rear end stiff ??? Check how much the rear spring is "turned down". Good luck, Jim
December 24, 200619 yr Put your bike up on a stand/bucket so the weight of the bike is on the skid plate. Use a measuring tape to beasure from the rear axel to the screw holdong your rear fender on. Then take the tape measure and measure the fron axel to the crown. Put on your riding gear (to get a better weight measurment) and stand on the bike with the tires on the ground, get someone to measure the same spots again (this is your pre-sag), tighten of loosen the springs untill you get around 3 inches. For an more advanced rider it should be 2 1/2 inches, int to beginner go 3 to 3 1/2 inches max. Have fun Jason Heidrick Edited December 24, 200619 yr by anotherfatbastard
