i found an entire clutch assembly from a 74 ty. the fellow thinks it would work in an 84. any thoughts?

    My guess is that it is not likely to be interchangable. The TY250N-R motor is a different series to the motor used in the Twinshock TY250A-E.

    no it wont fit. the ty twinshocks had a dt250/400 clutch. The monos were from an sr!

    Can I buy iz for my twinshock????
