mgriff1 Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 Can anyone tell me what tool is required to remove the front wheel spindle on a TY250mono (I'm told "S" version circa 1987)? It looks to me like a Torx or something similar. I also read on a forum somewhere that a 12mm Allen wrench will do - but I don't want to risk rounding the head. kevin j Posted May 24, 2007 Report Share Posted May 24, 2007 mine isn't cornered allen, it is rounded lobed torx (or an equivalent shape, as I think Torx patents were later). It is 350 though, through the US market, but I would think the same.
