I have a question about how my 2001 beta is acting lately. I did the Billy T carb mod, and after the vent hose almost melted shut the bike would not run. Fixed all that and it runs good just as good as it did. But lately I noticed that when it is started with the choke on it quickly bogs down like it is already warmed up. If I undo the choke it quickly dies. If I ride it and undo the choke, it bogs for a while until it is fully warmed up. Seems like the choke isn

    Had something almost the same at the last trial I was at. Thought I would have to call it a day before the start. Turned the fuel cock to reserve and that cured it ? :D
