June 8, 200719 yr standard bore size for the 122cc tl is 56 mm. 61 is not an oversize, but a 'big bore'. also, the pdf on the site is of the tls version > 124cc.

June 9, 200719 yr various pistons (61mm) are used for big bores, i'm sure most honda dealers can help identify your piston. (the miller version uses a honda cb750 piston)
