copemech Posted May 8, 2008 Report Share Posted May 8, 2008 A couple of notes as I did eventually manage to do a bit of follow up testing on mine. The main case bolts(6mm) did seem to have a factory torque of around 75in/lb to break loose and re torque. I do think the dry/ wet thread limits should be maintained as it seems to me that some are very close to the limits. Ant that is also why I recommend marking the big stuff before disassembly, sso you can go back without hastle. If you strip one of these , you are pretty much screwed!
