Glenn, sometimes tightening a bolt very slightly can break the seal holding it fast, worth a go, I have used pro gas anti seize as well which is a really good product for stuck bolts/threads

Any way you can get a nut splitter on the bugger mate

in the end i had to have it machined out cost me

I eventually got it out. I soaked it for a few days with parrafin, its really good a penitrating (excuse me sir), used in industry for finding holes that water can't get through, it leaves an oil residue, its also used for cooling/lubricating aluminium when cutting. Also i had some in the garage and couldn't be bothered to go and buy anything.
