I have an 06 sy250, the frame is worn where the prev owners boots have rubbed, what has anyone done to protect this, i cant seem to find any protection for the scorpa, also how much effort would it be to repaint the frame,

Try Birkets first, if not kelcote in Leek will powder coat your frame better than new.

There's some plastic guards on eBay at the mo.
