hi I run this conversion on my 225 it runs alot smoother as the front sprocket has more teeth on. Previosly I ran a 9 tooth so it used to eat sprockets and wear chains. When you spin the wheel it runs reely smooth now.

Hi try a tooth brush with solvo atosol metal polish and plenty of elbow grease and a lot of patiance.

.yes I ride a 225 and it dose feel smaller and lighter than my 250 used to. Billy you will have to have a go next time I see you.

Hi try Simon at Kelcote in Leek, he has loads of second hand gas gas pro bash plates. 01538 383547. He is a top man and will help you out with most bits as he has one or two pro s the he is breaking.

Hi , had a 2004 for 5 years and it was a fantastic bike . No problems and road very well. I now have an 09 gas gas but have kept the forks off my 04 they have a much nicer action . hope this helps.

Dooh no rivets in an o4 silencer, so just cut the end where the rivets would normaly be. Then follow previous instructions and reweld.

Try Birkets first, if not kelcote in Leek will powder coat your frame better than new.

Now youve got me thinking, how about a new frame for my gas gas in titanium. I am a fabricator just seems like their might be a market out there for someone?

Hi had simular problem with mine. You have to download the disc that came with the camera so that the computer can read your sd card.
